Kyon bhaai? meri galti, meraa bojh। main bhagvaan ko kyon de dun? mere man men maujud bhid bdhti hi jaa rahi। koi grin signal nahin hai. Sabhi khyaal maano ek chauraahe par khde hokar harn maare jaa rahen hain। kisi ko aage nahin bdhnaa hai, bas thahre hi rahnaa hai। thaharnaa bhi thik hi rahtaa hai par ye bhid men nahin. Pahle jivan men thahraav thaa। vythaaan bhi thi par phir bhi thahraav thaa। vaapas se un vythaaon kaa slaaed sho jab chalaataa hun to sab kaalpanik lagti hain Maano anaatmvaad ke samundr men dubi jaa rahi hain। ab sirph ek vythaa hai aur vo bhi ek samundr men jaa rahi hai magar us aur jidhar kinaaraa hi nahin. Main apne aapko bataayaa kartaa hun ki es vythaa kaa mujhapar koi phark nahin pdtaa। magar phir bhi main navagrah ki tarah es vythaa ke suraj kaa chakkar kaat rahaa hun. Aisaa nahin hai ki mere jivan men vythaaan hi hameshaa se rahi hain. Mujhe mohabbat aksar huaa karti hai. Mohabbat karne ke lia jruri nahin ko koi mehbub bhi ho। vaise agar ho to achchhaa hi hai. Mujhmen to kisi bhi chij se mohabbat karne kaa hunar hai. Mujhe lekhni se bahut mohabbat hai। mujhe har prkaar ki kalaa se bahut mohabbat hai। aur ye shaayad esalia hai kyonki mujhe har aparampraagat chijon se hi mohabbat hai। mujhe khud se bhi mohabbat hai. Mohabbat kaa khyaal to har raat aataa hai। aise khyaalo se raaten jaldi bit jaati hain। kabhi-kabhi main chintaamukt ho jaataa hai। jo thahraav chaahia vo aa jaataa hai। chintaa kyaa hai mujhe nahin pataa। thahraav to kabhi-kabhaar jruri hai। meri raaten aur tumhaari raaton men antar hai. Tumhaari raaten jaldi shuru hoti hai meri thodi der se. Par mujhe der se sharu hone vaali raaten pasand nahin. Ashish Ranjan Jha has studied from IIT Kharagpur and is working as a Data Scientist in Bangalore. He has authored a book and many short stories. He started writing Barsee hai Ganga in 2012 and then by 2020, the e-book version is published on Juggernaut Books and Paperback is available on Hindi Sahitya Sadan. The book is based on the life of a boy Mithiya, who lives in Jharkhand, and how his life is dependent upon a river. Because of the floods, everybody leaves the village leaving Mihiya behind. From there his journey starts on finding truth of the life. He traveled long searching for his cause following the imprints of Lord Buddha. In his way, many people became his disciples. In the world full of chaos, Mithiya is there only hope who will guide them towards the path of truth. The book is the portray of the present time and has been very effective in telling the importance of rivers and water. The analogy between the river and our life is mindboggling. Shakuni is one such character. He was the main strategist of the Kauravas. But if we go through all the literature of Mahabharat available, we will find that there hasn't been much written about Shakuni. Since ages his voice is unheard and he hasn't got the opportunity to present his point. Ashutosh's book is not presenting Shakuni as a hero but is very successful in depicting the story of Shakuni from the point of view of Shakuni. Shakuni- Master of Game is intriguing and a must-read. Threatened by the formidable Kuru dynasty, the kingdom of Gandhara is forced to marry off its princess to the blind king of Kuru, Dhritarashtra. Enraged by this defeat, shaken, the heir to the Gandhara kingdom, vows to seek revenge. He uses the Kauravas and Pandavas as Pawns in a cleverly crafted game of deceit and destruction and watches as the mighty Kuru kingdom crumbles. Told through the gripping perspective of shakti, this retelling of the Mahabharata asks the burning question –was Shakuni really the vilest of all villains or the victim of a grave injustice?.
